Information we receive

When you call, we may receive your phone number, your name, the address of the property, a description of the plumbing problem and any details you choose to share, such as gate codes or access notes. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

This website does not contain forms. Like most websites, its hosting may record basic technical details such as the pages visited and the browser used.

Call recording

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We tell callers this so that you can decide whether to continue, and you can ask the dispatcher to explain it at the start of a call.

Please avoid reading out payment card numbers or other sensitive personal details unless the dispatcher specifically asks for them as part of a service.

How we use information

We use what you tell us to dispatch a plumber to the right address, to understand the problem, to give you a clear price before work starts, and to follow up about your visit. We also review calls to check that the information given was accurate and to improve how the dispatch line works.

We do not use your details for anything unrelated to the plumbing service you asked about.

Who may see it
